policy  of Return

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without  specify the reasons, in  within 14 calendar days, specifying that the products you want to return are not made to order.
The withdrawal period expires  after 14 days from  the day you enter  or a third party other than the carrier indicated  by you, in physical possession  of products.

In order to  exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision  to you  withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent  through  e-mail to doitamplari@gmail.com.

For this purpose, you can use the adjacent withdrawal pattern; but its use is not  mandatory.

To meet the deadline  withdrawal is enough to  send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you  withdraw, we will refund any amount  which we have received from you, excluding delivery costs,  free  unjustified delays and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt by us of the products.

We will do this  reimbursement by payment order, reimbursement of the amount by card, postal order or cash at the company's headquarters, in any case, you will not be charged commissions as a result of such reimbursement.

Ship products by courier  free  unjustified delays and in any case within a maximum of 10  days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The time limit is met if the products are returned before the expiry of the 10 - day period  days.

The direct cost of returning the products will be borne by the buyer.  You are only responsible for diminishing the value of the resulting products  from manipulations other than those necessary to determine the nature, qualities and functioning of the products. The amounts needed to recondition and repackage the products in order to be resold will stop.

1. If the products whose return is requested  shows signs of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing components or accessories, missing warranty certificates, or are not returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to CLIENT, SA  Doi Tâmplari Handmade SRL has the right to decide to refuse the return.

2. Products made on special dimensions and / or customized by the customer (not serial) will not be returned;

3. In order to be returned, your order must be accompanied  upon return of all documents that were handed to you with the product: invoice, receipt, warranty certificates and any other documents that were handed to you;

4. If you do not have all these documents, you cannot return the product;

5 . No returns are allowed for products that are not in stock and are running  to order (eg furniture)

We do not assume responsibility for the transport and handling of products made by the customer and we have the right to refuse the return of products that present  damage caused by transport and handling by the customer.

General conditions for product change
  If the product is replaced with one of a lower price range, the buyer will provide an account in which the price difference will be refunded. 
If the product is replaced with one of a higher price category, the buyer will pay the difference. Payment is made to the bank account before delivery.

Delivery information

The delivery of the products from our store is of several types:

​

• standard delivery, between 3-5 days from order processing

• fast delivery, maximum 3 days from order processing
  * In the case of products that do not belong to the Standard category, and are made to order, or customized by the customer. We reserve the right to extend the delivery and processing time, as these products are made 100% handmade. As a result, you will be notified by  e-mail or telephone of any major changes to the processing and delivery of the products.
  * During busy periods, deliveries are delayed, and we therefore reserve the right to extend the delivery time, as  we cannot guarantee that  all orders will  be delivered quickly or that they cannot face some delays (due to weather conditions, technical problems, etc.).
